Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are processed as a return and a separate purchase to ensure faster delivery. Return shipping costs for exchanges follow the same policy below.

Return Shipping

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). In such cases, the original shipping fee will be included in your refund.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged items, unless defective upon arrival.
  • Final sale items, including items marked Final Sale on the product page or seasonal clearance items with a discount of 50% or more.
  • Gift cards.
