Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been confirmed, we will do our best to assist you.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at [email protected], and we will resend it to you.

Shipping

Where does Arkin Studio ship from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouses depending on product availability and destination. This allows us to deliver orders efficiently to customers in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
We currently ship to customers within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or logistics conditions.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] with your order number.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
